Hey there! We hope you are doing great in  tough and unusual times like these. In this post, we will be discussing some of the most common widespread phobias or fears.

Phobia refers to a very Strong fear or hatred towards  specific things or even people that one cannot explain.

Let’s look at some of the phobias stated below :

Caligynephobia : the first one on this list is the Caligynephobia: Fear of beautiful women. It is one of the most weirdest phobias that comprises an abnormal fear of beautiful women. They gets numbness in the extremities, feel chest pain, or even faint when around an attractive woman.

Chaetophobia : Chaetophobia also known as fear of hair is one of the weird phobias involving a part of human body. This phobia includes a person’s fear of hair – whether it is their own, other people’s.

Dextrophobia : Dextrophobia is fear of having objects to your right. It is a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) that is centered on the non-social key factors.

Siderophobia : Siderophobia refers to fear of stars, which is a very rare and weird phobia. Siderophobics often avoid staying outside at night and keep their curtains shut to avoid getting overwhelmed by the vastness of the universe.

Geliophobia : Geliophobia refers to fear of laughter. People with this phobia also hate the chuckling or giggling sounds of laugh. Some people just slightly feel uncomfortable, while others could even start hyperventilating.

Plutophobia : Plutophobia a.k.a fear of money, is one of those weird phobias that can manifest as dread on money itself, getting wealthy, or rich people. Suffering from plutophobia often involve fear of making more money, becoming rich, or afraid of wealthy people.
